Could you explain why I need to pay the ‘Estimated Tax’
I bought iPhone6s via apple site and there is required to pay Estimated Tax.
What is the Estimated Tax and why do I need to pay that?
If I’m living in America, do I have to pay that even be not American in law?

When you purchase items on the internet, you are required to pay tax on the purchase. The tax is estimated at the time that you purchase the item based on your shipping address. If it turns out that you are actually a resident of a different jurisdiction, the tax amount could be different. that’s why the tax is only estimated at the time of sale.

You must pay tax. If you purchase your iPhone through an American store (either online or in-person), you must provide an American address. That address’ locality will determine the tax rate.
If you do not live in the U.S., I strongly advise against buying an iPhone in the U.S. Your iPhone can only be serviced in the country where purchased, and the warranty will only be valid in that country. This is in addition to any issues you may have with cellular carrier locking, GSM vs. CDMA, etc.

Yes, you will need to pay tax. The amount will depend on in which province you make the purchase.

For example Toronto, Ontario? What will be the tax for the Macbook air 1099$? And if I’m a foreigner it doesn’t matter?

Ontario sales tax would be at 13%. For the MacBook Air you quoted, that would be $1,241.87.
Sorry, I’m not certain how a foreign citizen could reclaim sales tax.

You pay the same tax as everyone else, but you can claim a refund when you leave the country.

On this link it just says that you can claim taxes paid on hosuing and camping accomodations. Nothing is spoken about rebate on electonic items. Please suggest if you got a rebate on the GST/HST you paid ?
